Just an hour ago, I know many health conscious people have been cutting their sweets but it doesn't mean that you totally forget about chocolates right, So when was the last time you eat a delicious chocolate?

I have eaten chocolate just yesterday. My wife had a bar of chocolates with her since she bought some in the supermarket last Saturday. Usually we do not consume the whole bar. We just cut some from time to time. But we have been accustomed to taking some chocolates after eating or take in something sweet after eating.

3,4 days back i have eaten choclate that to cadbury's choclate bars which came for me for free when my husband bought coffee powder. for big coffee powder bottle .2 big cadbury's bars came free for us and we became more happy at that time. but my husband ,for his health consiousness(as he is overweight) ,didn't eat that and i only eating it in my house weekly once or twice one small piece from that big bars. Actually, i feel that a little bit of chocolate may be good for us.some person told that Dark chocolate has antioxidants that are good for our health. Unfortunately, chocolate treats and candy usually have lots of sugar and fat that may add extra calories we probably don't need. But we only need about 3.5 ounces of dark chocolate each day. we should not addict more to any choclate. There are some interesting chemicals naturally found in chocolate. Xanthine, which is like caffeine, can make a person feel jittery. Theophylline will stimulate the central nervous system, relax the bronchi in the lungs and your blood vessels. Phenylethylamine (PEA) is similar to amphetamine. PEA reproduces the feeling someone has when he or she falls in love. So maybe chocolate may help soothe a broken heart. some scientists say that when taking choclates ,there is reduced risk of cardiovascular disease and may keep high blood pressure down, our blood flowing and our heart healthy.there are several bioactive compounds in chocolate that promote alertness, lessen pain and promote well-being.Well but a nutritionist or biochemist could argue that chocolate doesn't contain much of these benefits. so we should take chocalte but less in quantity.

I can't rememeber when it is the last time I have a chololate bar, but I had chololate cookie, chololate bread recently, just this morning to be exact. I don't like chololate bar because it is too sweet, I like less sweet things.

I had chocolate yesterday. An entire pack of mini snickers bars, and it was oh so delicious. I'd rather have a little flab here and there than give up the joys of sweets, especially chocolate!

That was September 10, my last payday. Actually as I was replying to your discussion it is another payday for me but i decided to buys some food now that is not chocolate just be different. My favorite chocolate is Goya and Toblerone. I also like the legendary Nips. When I am doing some writings I eat chocolate because sweets are food for the brain. It helps my brain to think and I can work productively. However, right now since I don't have chocolate my brain downloading is slow.

I've just finished eating some chocolate, almond, coconut fudge that I bought at a festival this weekend! I'll probably have more later. If I run out of fudge I have Oreo cookies in the cupboard! Yum.

I just had a choclate today morning, had been to a shop but since the shopkeeper did not have change to round it up i took a choclate and ate there only did not wait to reach home and then eat. I am not at all health conscious its only that if you dont overdo any food then you reall ont need to watch out your food intake.

I had a choco-walla Odwalla bar a few days ago. It's probably been a good week since I've had any decent bar chocolate, though.

Chocolate,a high-calorie food, is a terrible snack for me a girl paying much attention to my figure to eat.I count a bit,I have not eaten chocolate for almost half a year. However,I have not the willing to taste one and I can control my appetite. If I really want to have it, I also take other low-calorie substitute.Maybe you will think that I am so cruel to myself, but I would tell you that is just me.

I ate a chocolate one day ago. It was a chocolate with mint filling, which isn't my favourite, so I don't eat it often. My mom hid all the other good chocolates away from my brother and me, so I can't eat it all the time anymore... XD Eating chocolates really makes me feel happy and satisfied, and even though I know eating too much is not good for you, I still can't stop eating them. So maybe my mom hiding them away is a good thing for me :D
