Paid-to-promote.net -- Does it work?

It seems to good to be true. At $5 us and $2 int cpm with advertising at any site I could make a load of money, but I'm not sure if it's legit. Has anyone used it and gotten paid?

This site is legit. I've been paid twice already and I just joined around mid-August... They pay twice a month -- every 15th and 30th of the month. It's good if you have good traffic! So far I've already reached 10 cents again so that means I'll be getting my payout on Sept 30. Visit my site for payment proof.
