Hi, binobiju!
Everyone, not just overweight people, can benefit from exercise. It is not wasting time to take care of yourself.
The benefits of exercise are not only for weight loss. Exercise can ward off many physical ailments including heart disease, stroke, back pain, high cholesterol and osteoporosis. Exercise is also beneficial for your mental health as a good workout releases endorphins which help you to feel good and feel energized. Exercise builds lean muscle, and makes you fit and toned. Exercise can add years to someone's life. Exercise is one of the best things a person can do for themselves to live a healthy life.

binobiju no not at all ,we all need exercise to keep our bodies'fit and our hearts strong. We all need different
exercises for our particular bodies. But the doctors all agree every one benefits from exercise. The skinny one builds up muscles and'stamina, and keeps his heart healthy. the one with saggy muscles builds up better muscles, and fat people lose weight
'and gain muscles . All need exercise to stay healthy.

Exercises are not only to fatty people, not only it help you remove fats but it will may your fit, during exercises you heart pump the blood faster to deliver the oxygen which develop a strong muscle of your heart and help expand the artery so you could avoid a cardiac arrest in the future.
