Isn't this racism?

The left and the incompetent press like to paint the TEA party movement as a bunch of White racists. I've never really understood this because I've seen people of many races at TEA parties.
I'm here to point out the blatant racism of the incompetent press, or at least the Wisconsin press organizations.
Pastor David King was a speaker at the Sheboygan TEA Party. None of the press reports of the event mentioned his name.
Last Saturday there was a TEA party in Milwaukee. Among the speakers were 3 Black people, 2 Hispanics and a Filipina. The only one they bothered mentioning was Michelle Malkin.
Some of the reports spent more time covering the DNC response to the TEA parties in general than the event.
Don't talk to me about some sort of "racism" among the TEA Party activists when the incompetent press apparently put a "whites only" sign on the coverage.

According to them Glenn Beck is a racist for calling Obama a racist, so that would mean, logically, that the ones calling the TEA party people racists have to be racist themselves. Deductive reasoning can only bring one to such a conclusion.

No, you are forgetting that it isn't disagreeing with Black people isn't racist. Only disagreeing with Obama is racest.

I talked to many peopel who were there, i'm a member of restoretherepublic.net and they are naturally end up talking to many peopel who go to tea parties and other protests. I must say, there are people of all races there, people of all ages. They don't care about race, they care about their right that ended up being violated year after year thanks to our great working government. There are planty of racists in the goveernment and media, why not look for racists there instead of turning on peopel who are trying to restore the great volues that this country was built on.

I guess they think that all blacks are for Obama and that they re like sheep and when Obama says jump in the lake. The leftist media does not believe that blacks and people of other colors then white have a mind of their own. And surely none of them will be at the tea parties. Tells you that in order to be fair, you have to get your news from someplace other then the media.

Racism or a desperate attempt to catch more viewers? The "race" card supposedly the stop all discussion when your are so obviously losing the argument play. As with any card of this nature, the more it is played, the more power it loses. What is even worse is that it takes away from the true racism of all colors, be they victims or instigators. Really a pathetic attempt but I guess if you are struggling financially and from a dropping viewership than you would try this pathetic attempt. Too bad it is far more damaging to the network than I think the execs realize. The real problem here is that they forgot that they are actually insulting their viewers.

...Hi ParaTed2k, Could someone set me straight? I have always thought that racism
was an institutional use of discrimination against a group of people because of their race e.i. banks in their lending practices. What power do the tea party people have to use as an institution against anyone? I think we as a society need to stop throwing out words that do not apply. An individual can be prejudice or bigoted, but racism, in my limited opinion, cannot be used when referring to an individual to another individual. Check me on that.
Again, a little less heat and a little more moderation in tone would be good for all.
Thanks.
