how to advertise a restaurent

First of all, I think it would be a good idea to go around to all of the local hotels and see if you can leave a flier in the rooms of all of the guests. Maybe they have a little book where they put fliers in for each hotel room. If you are the closest Indian restaurant to the hotel, or if you offer delivery, I think that this would definitely get some extra business. You might also consider passing out fliers. Fliers are very inexpensive to make, especially if you make them up yourself. And then just go around the local businesses at lunch time and pass them out. Perhaps if you have a coupon on them it might be helpful as well. Good luck to your friend and opening the new restaurant!
