Do you take cold drinks especially in the hot season? I prefer to take cold fruit juices instead of cola water. It doesn't suits for me. Mango juices are my all time favourites. Sometimes I also take lassi( a purely indian drink) make from milk curd. What's yours?

yes! it surely quenches ur thirst by taking cold drinks. it would be water for me than fruit juice. if the juice is from a fresh supply of fruits, i would take it rather than the ones prepared commercially. the cold juice of the coconut tree surely is delicious and thirst-quenching! try it.

No matter. I understand. But I have also tried it while I am In thirst. It is not so costly but purely natural & it is my second choice. Another One I like is a drink purely prepared from squeezing sugarcanes and adding ice purely makes its a heavenly choice. But I don't like adding spices to the solution which some vendors do. This is my third choice. But first choice is always mango juice with ice cubes. It's beautiful. Thank you for responding. Happy myLotting.

yes i love drinking cold fluids whether it is plain cold water or juice i find it soothing and relaxing.it often times relieves me from thirst especially when i am in the field.but they say that drinking cold fluids after eating a fatty food is not good because the cholesterol will form instead of dissolving it will not dissolve so this have connection to heart attack and diabetes and overweight.

May be there are many reasons related to hygiene, but think, when you are totally exhausted and need some refreshment then I think there is no choice, except satisfying your thirst. I like mango juices so much. After that I prefer coconut water and thirdly I prefer sugarcane juices which is also prescribed to liver patients, patients who have just cured from jaundices. But I am totally against marketed cold drinks and cola based drinks. Thank you for adding comments in my discussion. Happy myLotting.

hi, If someone ask what would you want to have for drink I normally used to ask for warm fruit juices cause I'm allergic to cold items and cola items is not my kind of drink ....so fruit juice of any kind is preferable...

Yeah, I understand. It is because of your problem you have to take warm juices. But try mango juices without adding ice in it and coconut juices in warm season, sugarcane juices without adding ice. I think you may like it. I think you are from India. I too. Next time keep me inform how you have enjoyed your drink. Thank you for responding in my discussion. Happy myLotting.

But you know in warm season though I prefer cold drinks I never said no to a cup of warm tea. It definitely energizes. Fruit juice(mango) is my all time favourite in warm sunny day.

Yes, I do the same way in hot season. But I prefer cold fruit juices and mango flavoured cold drinks and not the cola based drinks because it never suits me. Another drink I prefer in India called LASSI made from milk curd along with dry fruits and ice cubes.
