Hi bryanlee92! I super super love cheesecakes!! When all else fails to cheer me up, cheesecake never do. The feeling of them melting in my mouth is just too irresistable. And I love tiramisu too. Sweet foods are the best stress-relievers, don't you agree?

Hello, I like a lot of food, some food are healthy and some food a not, sometimes which food I like best depends on my feeling. Most of food I like is Chinese food.
sometimes when I go out with my friends, we will have some western food too, but I don't like western food that much, I think they are unhealthy to human body, like hamburger, fried chicken, compare to these food, I prefer steamed bread and chinese chiken soup.

Fish: the world's people live in the sea are relatively happy, not only because of the sea makes refreshing, but also because they take the fish as a staple food. Whether it is Finland, the United Kingdom, the United States, studies have found similar results: the per capita fish in areas with high proportion of severe depression is much lower.
Pepper: Pepper contains capsaicin can stimulate the oral nerve endings, so that the brain to release endorphins - the substance can cause a pleasant sense of short-term.
