Can someone suggest an easy site for downsizing photos?

I need to downsize some photos, so I can upload them on some sites. Is there an easy program out there that a real novice could use? It doesn't have to be the best, but must be easy for me. Thanks for suggestions.

Why dont u try some softwares to decrease the size of photos ? There r Many softwares for this purpose. I always use irfan view to decrease the size of my photos. It is absolutely free and easy to use. Give it a try. Www.Irfanview.Com
