i have a habit of writing down what i am thinking about the movie when i watched one. when i saw a movie, i have something to say about it, and even something i think would be helpful for the life. i think it is a good habit compared to chit chat, playing vedio games. do you agree with me? how about you?

Sure, that is a good habit. It gives you the way to fully express yourself. However chatting and playing video games could also be a good habit for some people. I mean these could be hobbies that make them earn a living.^_^ Anyway, I dont write down things when I watch a movie. Well, that would also depend on the genre of the movie. If its a comedy Id laugh out loud and make comments out loud. If it was a serious movie or an action/adventure film that I might be engrossed in, I dont speak, or even change positions that often. It's like Im trying to understand and fully absorb what the movie was trying to say or I just want to know what happens next.^_^

hi bjcyrix. i think you like watching or some programmes. immence yourself into the plot is a also a good habit. so you can fully understand what the director or writer was trying to tell us. and you have mentioned that chatting and playing video games could be a way of earning for some poeple, mmm, are you one of them?

hey, good memory you have. i really do not have the ability to remember something in a long time. i have watched so many movies, but when someone asked me whether i have seen it or not, most time i said no, but when we go to the cinema, sitting to watch it, i found that i have watched. i am envious of you having a good memory.(.

I tend to write down certain quotes from both movies and tv shows actually...then I'll either use it as a motivator or for inspiration or I'll use it as a prompt for writing depending on the quote

hi ravenladyj. you have a good habit. you wrote down something about the movie or tv programme, at least at that period of time, you had a impression about what you watched. when long time passed, you could see it again and maybe your notes would remind you that plot or what you are interested in the movie.

Hi Buping, It seem you are a good writer since you enjoy writing.Good habit !! I never write down any movies stories after I watched a movie ,don't have such habit. The most I will write down the movie title, tell main story of the movie at my blog when I am free to do it. I love to watch Singapore Drama and there is one drama that makes me feel interesting and feel like to watch again. 'The Little Nyonya' is a drama talked about the life of Baba and Nyonya in Singapore & Melaka. Touching story and I even cried towards the last few episodes. Happy Mylotting !!

hi shia. thanks for introducing me the good drama. i would go and check it someday. i would write down the feelings after i watched i think. because i like to do that. one point is that you would learn from it. and there is another point, is that you can open your diary book or your blog to see it when you have nothing to do.

Thanks for a great tip! I haven't thought about this before. So obviously my answer is "no, I don't do this". But I'm certainly going to start. I watch 2-3 movies per week and enjoy it alot. But I must admit, sometimes when people ask if I have seen this and that movie I say no, by mistake. I forget. For sure this writing exercise will also help me remember better.

hi, i am glad that this discussion did help you. two or three movies in a week, wow, so i think you have watched so many good movies. but when people ask you wheather you have seen it or not, what a pity you said no by mistake.lol. if you are going to write something down everytime when you finished movie, maybe you would be a little busier in your life.
