i broke up with my bf yesterday,he was my first BF,but the result was so bad,i cried at that moment ,my heart broke.i am trying to accept this fact,but always appear his image in my mind,i really want to forget,i guess he hurt me--a psychic trauma.i don't know when i could recover from this experiece? who knows how to cure psychic trauma,when you break up with your gf or bf,what shall u do?
