Please help me.....Direct fund tranfer

I am an Indian here and I need to tranfer some money from U.K to my bank account in India. Now the site is asking for some details which I don't have any idea about, I went to my bank and they too don't know much about it.
can someone help me

Bank code:
These are few of the details which i don't have much idea nor is my bank having knowledge on it.
Can someone shed some light on it

i don't know about scor number but branch code is the code given by RBI to every bank you go to the bank and ask them for IFSC code they will tell you.
