why lacson is revealing the sins of erap ONLY NOW?

I think it is because he is facing a rap now in the courts. Aside from that, election time is coming. We all know that in our country it is usually like that. They are really making a fun out of themselves. Throwing trash and garbage against each other. Perhaps the best thing that they can do is just let the court handle the issue and stop using the senate floor for their advantage.

I'm tired of watching news because of Ping Lacson he always like that if he don't get what he wants he always throwing muds to his former friends. He should stop this because it can't help him.

Lacson is facing the Dacer Corbito case right now that is why he should find a way to divert the attention of the public away from him as much as possible. Finding faults at others is the best way to lessen the sins he has been carrying in the past and should find a diversionary tactic to avoid prosecution. He is trying to clear his name using his privilege as a senator. I do not say that what he is saying is all false or the truth. But I believe that what he says will always drag his name together with the expose since he was part of that government and doing nothing at that time is just a crime.

For the first question, I think Ping Lacson is just getting back at Erap's pointblank cleaning hands off Dacer-Corbito Case. He (Erap) categorically alleged that Lacson is the man behind the double murder. It seems: "yes, you kick my butt, i'll drop yours" case. For the second question, I think that though all atrocious acts of Erap are known facts except perhaps the PLDT deal, the revelations of Lacson have effects and surely will affect Erap's ambition for presidency. Some people have short memories. Erap was leading in some surveys and these are only showing that people are still wanting to vote convicted plunderer to lead them.
