A bad boss can be poisonous for your own growth, development and success.
If you have a bad boss take the time to analyze how much of it is actually your boss's failure and how much is yours. Be honest with yourself.
Regardless get out of the relationship and find a good boss even if that requires taking a new job.
A bad boss can make your life miserable and severely harm your career. Yes you may have obligations and bills and there is a good time to take actions like this, but start looking for a new opportunity and make it happen. Life is too short to be forced to put up with a bad boss.

My hubby is a U.S. truck driver, his company sold out to another company, from outside the U.S. - he 'hates' his new boss (has nothing to do with being from another country, he's a company boss and cares nothing for workers. Thinks truck drivers should make money for driving 8 hours a day, when they work for more like 12 to 16.
