Buxall.com ... cheating members of referral clicks.

I joined buxall 3 days back and on same day i had one referral and she too clicked. I didnt get any referral click in amy account , so i thought ok i joined today and they might have neobux type rule if u dont click today u dont get credit next day.. and to my horror i didnt get her clicks credited to my account even last two days. I joined this site under referral exchange and my referrer accused me of cheating that i have not clicked any ad when i have already done 15 in last 3 days.. Anyone facing same problem on buxall.. is it scam?
