Getting hooked to sleep

I'm really bothered by my sleeping habits. I see to it that I get to sleep at least 8 hours a day but still during day time, I feel asleep. Be it on a bus while traveling or on work, I really wanna go to bed. Is there such a thing as sleep addiction? If doing nothing, I could sleep for an entire day, don't care if I eat or not.

When travelling, having something to do can help..read, puzzles and the like. Its the boredom of the trip that makes you sleepy..Also, you may be anemic (low iron) which leads to drowsiness. Check with your doctor..

Yes this is also with me.Most of the time when i am not on my pc i feel sleepy . I know this is really gonna be a very bad habbit and even i want to change this but i am not able to do this.
But if in that condition i go to the bed i will not sleep i know. how to tackle this problem i dont know
