Nervous only at the beginning of the class, as it goes on, I become relax.
To avoid being nervous, u have to fully get prepared for the lesson and before the class, practise it repeatedly until u r highly proficient.
Be confident and encourage yourself.

I feel nervous and scared. I unable to sleep well the night before and prepare extra things for the class. I've been there, I mean being observe when I am giving lesson last year. Its a great experience because I have to give extra effort and now all that difficulties have helped me to become a good teacher.

I typically get nervous when I know someone is coming in to observe my classroom. Even if it's just another adult and they're not scoring me by any means. If it's a principal or boss of some kind then I'm super nervous just because I worry things won't go right. And yes, they should understand that! But it still gets me jittery. lol I always worry about what others think of me, even when it has nothing to do with teaching. So this naturally just makes me a little nervous - even if I am a great teacher!
