use it when its needed .. and make sure u dont use it when u dont mean it ..causes problems later on

Like how many times do i mean it when I say it a day? None. How many times to my teachers make me say some apology? A lot.

not much. i try to focus on happiness and making others happy than doing things which i am just going to regret towards to the end
