The flu and daycare

There is a lot of information going around about the flu and the H1N1 virus this fall. Recommendations state that those under 6 months of age, anyone who has a respiratory illness, those who care for children, and the elderly should be some of the first to get the flu shots when available.
What is the sick policy at your daycare? The health department here locally is advising that once a child shows any flu-like symptoms (like fever, cough, sore throat, headache, etc.) they should remain home until their fever has been gone for at least 24 hours (without the use of fever-reducing medicine). They are trying to educate both parents and educators about what to look for and how to avoid the spread of the flu.
As a working parent, what do you think?
As a child care provider, is this in line with your own sick child policies?
