How do you deal with co-worker who pretend to be so nice but she is so fake!

I work this lady who grew up in uptown New York. She is only 29 but thinks and act like a 60 years old lady. Sometimes she is very childish. By the way, I hate her guts she gets on my nerve and I can't stand her. she is out get anyone and have them fired. Very cruel. Okay here's the story; we work 10 hours 4 day straight. The 3 routine shift has 2 hours overlap. AM overlap 6-8am EVE overlap 2-4pm MIDS overlap 10p-12a Now she works evening shift. She supposed to comes in from 2p and her shift ends at 12a. she is relieving the AM crew, overlap 2-4p but she doesnt start to work till the AM crew leaves. Now, when MIDS crew comes in at 10p- she want to stop working because she thinks MIDS supposed to start right away at 10. Meaning, all the other crew works 10 hours shift while she is only working 6 hours and get paid for 10 hours. When someone is not on their pod for more than 30 minutes, she is out there at the HR snitching people. while she is the one that never on her pod for 2 hours prior and 2 hours at the end of her shift. She's running around distributes candy to people. Making people think she is nice but people are not stupid. They can see what is going on but noone is tough enough to talk to her or to stop her. Here's my question, How do I deal with this? How am I going to tell her in a nice way so that it doesn't offend her. I just want her to stop being a snitch and making people loss their job with the economy today. Please help!
