I hope this is true, because I have recently started eating more fruits. I have decided to either eat fruit or cereal, if not both, for breakfast. I have also been eating fruit for lunch. Tomorrow, I decided to mix it up a little bit and have fruit with Jello for my lunch. Which I think will still be pretty healthy.
And then, I am eating a normal dinner. Just whatever I would normally eat, is what I will have for dinner, but try to eat within moderation of course.
And in the evening for a snack, I have been eating nuts. I know the salt on the nuts is not healthy for me, but it is my one salty snack for the day.
I am hoping to get physically fit, as I am including physical exercise in my daily routine as well. Keep your fingers crossed for me.

Yes, their are so many benefits that our body can get with fruits. They clean the body and boost the immune system. And the best way to eat fruits is when your stomach is empty because this will easily digest and absorb by the body.

Besides the fiber in fruits, we get a lot of antioxidant from grapefruits and oranges and any red color fruits. Fruits are good as desserts too and it enriched vitamins and fiber when we use them when baking cakes. Good for children too when the fresh fruits like strawberries, blueberries and raspberries are eaten with ice cream and pancake! Beside all the benefits we get from fruits , it is good for garnishing and toppings for cakes.
