Is there a cure or remedy for sweaty hands and feet? This is a problem of mine since I was child, I sweat a lot and when I start to sweat it's hard for it to stop. It really annoys me especially when I am writing because the paper would become wet. I always need to bring towel or hanky with me to wipe off the sweat. Has anyone had this kind of experience or know a cure for this?

Hi there and smile!
The first step towards finding a cure for sweat palms and feet, is determining your type of hyperhidrosis. Is it primary or secondary? Primary hyperhidrosis appears without a known cause, often at childhood, while secondary hyperhidrosis, as the name implies, is secondary to another condition like obesity, endocrine disorders and psychiatric disorders among others.
The first thing you should do is to talk to your doctor. Let them know about your problem with sweaty hands and that you need to find a treatment for it. Your doctor should find out the source of the problem and try to prescribe you with a treatment that will combat the source for sweaty hands. The source, however, it often genetic and so a direct treatment is not possible.
However there are a variety of different treatment options for people suffering from sweaty hands. Your doctor is likely to give you medication for palmar hyperhidrosis to start of with, but bear in mind that medications can take up to two months to cause a noticeable affect. There may also be some side affects that can come with medication, but these can be gauged and the medication that is causing the side affect can be eliminated from your treatment.
If you find that just taking medication is not effective then you can always consider surgery. Surgery should be considered a last resort for treating sweaty hands as the process will permanently change the number of sweat glands on your hands.
Happy mylotting and smile always!

Thanks for the info. My sweating usually starts when I'm nervous or I believe sometimes its just psychologically. Sometimes when I'm excited then I also start to sweat...

There are a lot of studies made in order to solve this problem... and so far all point to surgery in order to eradicate the hiperhydrosis... but other options might help you... like cutting down on your caffeine intake... so no soda, no coffee, and even no chocolates... that might lessen the sweating...
Botox would also help but that only last for six months and it can be quite expensive... if you have access to a lot of sage herb... then just get a lot of leaves let them dry in the sun... put them in warm water... and soak your feet or hands there for a few minutes... i heard that helped a lot of people...
I also suffer from this condition... and i still hope that i can find a cure that won't require me to undergo the knife...

yeah, I've heard about that surgery thing, but I think it's still not guaranteed to cure the sweatness. It may also have side effects, like the botox operation they say that the sweat would come out in other parts of the body. I've read that there are herbal things available at our homes that can cure this but the information they will provide is for sale. It is somewhat like an ebook.

Well, I also suffer from this situation as well, although it's not a lot. It's sometimes quite inconvenient, especially when you're meeting someone, and you suddenly sweat...
From what I know, I think surgery is the only way to completely take away the problem. Other temporary solutions as suggested above could help in some extent too.
