Just a month ago, I applied for the subscription of a broadband company. I was excited at first and very eager to see the connection installed immidiately. After it was installed, my blood pressure wants to explode my veins. The connection got soooo slow and it makes me annoyed all the time. I face intermittent disconnections once every seconds. ^,..,^
Please advise me. Am I gonna switch to another ISP? thats going to cost me a lot for the termination fee!
Please help!

Hello danzylop
well it depends on your connection as to what type of connection you have got.
I have a connection in which i can keep my internet speed to 150 kbps in which i can get unlimited download.Or i can shift to 2 mbps speed too in which i get limited download,i prefer to be with 150 as i need a lot of downloads.
So it depends on your connection you can try calling your customer care and ask them about your internet system how it is.

Actually I did it many times. I called their call center hotline. Infact I got their speech memorized and said at the very beginning of my last call to them "Hi, I am Roldan, This is my poblem ..., My account number is this, and the acct is name to my mother Mrs ...," and the call agent will say, "Thank you for that information Sir." And then told another speech, Let me assist you with that problem Sir, Can you do this things? and I said "Ok these? and these and these. I enumerated the steps and poof! Nothing happened. It is still the same bad slow connection.
I just got from a website for those who are unsatisfied by a specific ISP. And I just newm I AM NOT ALONE with this problem! huhuhu

I don't know, why don't you try calling the customer service. i think it has something to do with the area where you subscribe to this ISP.

hello danzylop, What internet connection did you apply to? GLobe or Smart? from my experience if the area is not entirely covered by the company, they will have to create a signal on that Area. but in my experience you had to wait and complain a lot because that's what we did before when i was working in QC..
