Do you think make up can really change the look of a person?

Me too... it definitely does change the look. it depends on how thick/thin makeup is applied. there are also women who look better with makeup than without it, and vice versa... movie stars appear to be that glamorous and all but wait til you see them without makeup. you can say that they're just the same as ordinary people... (^_^)

i don't know much about makeup but i have seen few actress with and without makeup and they look entirely different.. makeup might make you look beautiful but there are also side effects on face after applying them which will show-up after aging..

Yes, I surely believe that make can change the look of a person, I ever seen some comparsion pictures in the network for same girls before and after make up, it really has dramastic changes. it almost makes me unbelieve I have seen from my eyes.

yes my dear friend, make up really changes a person's looks. it's really magic. make up can bring out the best looks in you, it enhances your personality and even make a character out of you. for those who are into direct service like dealing with patients, clients, etc. are advise to add some color into their face to project vibrance, energy and friendliness. it's not good to see a service provider looks more sick than her patient. you don't have to be in full make-up... a simple dash and touch of it will do. bottom line is you have to be presentable and make up in a way WILL help you improve your LOOKS! look fresh and stay beautiful inside out!

I think make up can not really change the look of a person.Though make up may take some positive influence for one's look,but it can not change the essence of ones look. But in my opinion that little make up is essential for one who wants to change in their look.It really will make you became different after you make up a little.

Absolutely! Whether he/she will more beautiful or otherwise, it will depend on the technique. Besides, we already saw movies stars and their pictures without make up. Some have a very huge different that we never realized it's the same sparkling and stunning person that walk on the red carpet. But it's important not to wear too much make up on your face or you'll hide your real look.

I personally use make up very sparingly but when I do use I see the change...It becomes a little difficult as to spot ans diffrentiate the diffrence...I do look more photogenic, though I do not like to see my self with make upon the mirror. But I have seen photos of actress with and without make up and to be true, there is sae chang ein both the photos...They actually conceal a lot with make up...I had though make up enhances your look!!! I read this thing about a very successful actress her in Indai who has done a few english movies too who came to the city on a late flight and when photographers intended to take snaps, she just flung all her hair to her face and hid it!!! Also this same actress takes more than 2 hours to just put on make up!!!!

I agree that make up make girls glamorous, but simplicity is beauty especially for a young woman. Also, make up has so many side effects to girls face skin, if you wear make up everyday, for a long term, you can't even go out with out make up. I prefer make up when there is a party or formal occasion, that means respect the others. But it is not necessary in ordinary living. And I see that make up cost a lot for some girls, is that right?

In Tamil film industry there is a movie star called Simran who is one of my favourtie cine actresses during her hey time and once i happen to see her without make up. Oh! my god! Yes makeup can change the look of a person. If the right shade is used and the right amount is apply it can make an average person look prettier. When I was younger I used to wear makeup but I do not wear it very much anymore. When I put it on I could see the change in me.

I believe that make-up can enhance someone's beauty. As far as making someone beautiful, make-up can only go so far. Natural is more beautiful than a face clouded with make-up.

I think girls with make up are definitely more pretty than usual people without make up. These could help them brighten up their facial expression which make them have a fresher look using make up. But needless to say, to those who are too keen with makes up, when they go out without any make ups, then they would become like ghost. It's the truth. If you see some of the movie stars or singers without make up, it's definitely looks weird on them. Some would be very ugly when they look natural without any make ups. Therefore I always prefer girls who are natural and without too much of make ups. Soft layers of make ups would be ok for me.

Appropriate amount of make-up will bring out the glamour in someone. However, over doing it will make things worse though.
