Unable to view adds in Paidtoclick.in

Hi Mylot members, Today i login paidtoclick.in. There is no problem in login and can see my account summary and all the links. But when i click earning area and try to click an add then a new window open and displayed "Signup today to get paid for click". Can any one know why and anyone face this problem like this. What i have to do? Happy lotting
