Do you believe that men are born polygamous?

Will you agree if I say that men are polygamous in nature? Meaning not loyal and having women all at the same time? Hmmp... A very controversial question huh.
In my own opinion, majority of men are polygamous, Im not saying 100% but 7 out of 10 are polygamous. Some men treat women as tropies. The more girlfriends or relationship they have, make them feel more manly and handsome. It is an added points for them. Others do brag about it to their friends. Sometimes having girlfriends give them more satisfaction and feeling of self assuarance.
Men are not born polygamous but they are weak in temptations. They can't say no when temptation is right in front of them. That makes them polygamous. Why do men exposed themselves to temptations when in fact they know that they cannot resist it. When in fact, they know they easily fall?
Men can simply deny and say that they are not polygamous but the fact remains they are easily tempted. They don't have the nerves to say no.

Environment is really a big factor. Sometimes seeing lots of people doing it makes other think that its normal and okay for them to do it as well.

Yes I agree eLsMarie. Some men are really using that line as an excuse but that is really NOT a VALID one.

well to me mating with more than one partner is in both sexes males and females but since in most cultures females mating with more than one male is not looked upon as something respectable and they are comdomed as cheap girls so they have to resist this temptations but if you see in some countries girls do keep change guys like clothes and this is a fact. Guys can afford to be polygamous as they dont have to carry child.. and since girl carry child who would look after the child of a girl who been sleeping around?

Well it really depends on the up bringing of the person. Their attitude towards relationship...
Well that baby factor maybe one of the factors too. It may be true or false to some girls. Thanks for sharing you opinion asweetie!

Well I really do agree to this. Very well said! But to those 7 out of 10 who are not, I salute you all! I might just add something to this. The main reason why men are like this is our society. Our society allows men to do this to women and even women tolerate what they are doing. So if this will not be the case, men might not have the guts and power to do all these things to women like us.

Women should really not allow men to do these things to them... If men know that such bad actions will not be tolerated by their wives, they will somehow have a second thought of doing it in the first place.
And I agree too, society is somehow unfair...

I cannot really agree that men are polygamous in nature but i agree that there are a lot of men who really cannot help it even there is no temptation, as long as they like the person they'll go for it. Some, they just want to look, because they are afraid they might get some virus from the girl or they believe that its not cheating. Sometimes its also their partners fault why someone cheat, because their partner might be boring, suspicious, or pvery possessive that their partner feels suffocated already in the relationship. So for me before I call the person polygamous i have to see first all angles.

Even if you are just looking, in your mind you are cheating and worst that may lead to realization. Anyways, yes I agree that partly their partners has something to do with how their other half reacts but that doesn't give them still not a valid reason or excuse for cheating. Why result to cheating, why not just talk heart to heart and deal with the real problem. We cannot fixed the hole by covering it up with another hole.

what i can say is that i am polygamous in nature even when i was a kid however i am shy because i was raised a catholic. now i am not a catholic anymore. i am universal.
