Should Sec Romulo resign from his post?

So it is now cleat that people are in government position mostly because of their political commitment... a sad, sad fact... Did Sec. Romulo went against any policy of the Arroyo administration? Had he done something that disgraced his current position or the country? If not, then why should he resign? As for "delicadeza", should that not be applied to the people who keep on clinging to their positions despite being ineffective and inutile?

He should resign cause it will definitely affect his working relationship with other executive secretary. Romulo is not a Lakas-Kampi member so he can decide to choose noynoy but that statement might cause friction with other member of the cabinet so it is better for him to resign.

I think if he is still doing his job well despite expressing support fo Noynoy Aquino... there is no need for him to resign... he specifically said that he will not resign but continue working with utmost respect for the current administration and will exercise professionalism... this is a democratic country... and we all have the right to give our support to anyone we want without compromising our own jobs...

for delicadeza, i think he should resign, but he can at least continue to serve the incumbent until the official election period starts. anyway, he still have at least a month, right? i think, for any official, that has the heart of a romulo, even it happens to other administration, this is the best thing to do.
