I'm just wondering... If you were a lawyer and you have a case that bothers you so much. Will you discuss your case here?
Do you think you might be able to get insights from people on how you should handle or attack the case in a way that will benefit you and your client?

Hi barbiejune...How are you today?
That is a good question. I know that with my personal problems I have gotten great answers on here. Mylotters are wonderful advice givers. I think that a lawyer isn't allowed to discuss his cases. He might be able to if he changed these around to not mention the real names..As far as for me if I was an attorney..I would really have to think about it. Mainly because of my client...Have a great day..

I practiced for 5 years as a lawyer.I was very lucky as my senior was a bar-at- law from London .He was very keen on discussing any suit or case with me.He also trained me on various ways to reply to notices and filing suits, leading evidence and arguing the case.I still maintain good relations with colleagues who have passed with me and we consult one another whenever a tricky question of law arises.
