a question about doing exercise

which kind of exercise can make me lose weight? and how much time should i spend in doing exercise? is there some sport can be carried out just in home?

There are plenty of exercises which can help you loose weight. The time you should dedicate depends on the exercise. If the exercise makes you tire fast then do it for less time. If the exercise does not tire you fast then you would have to do it longer, in order to burn fat. You buy a soft ball and play with it or you can shadow kick box. Practice some moves like Jackie Chan.

I think running slowly is a good way to lose weight. Recently, I run about 30 minutes every evening. Running slowly is not as tired as running fast and it can ensure the sum of exercise. Also, running slowing won't make your legs much muscles. So I think it really a good way to exercise.

Hi sunxiaoyang... I needed to know the same thing first of this year. I ended up going to a gym and asking all kinds of questions. I found out that if you exercise for at least 40 minutes that it will raise the heartbeat which in return lets you burn up fat..He told me that walking was a very good source to do this. I did and it worked. Good luck and I wish you the best..

thankyou rose... you mean a 40 min walking everyday? then, i really want to know i shoud do this at what time? and how about you? after the meal or at night? expect your share of your experience.
