always hoping best my dear friend. teams are not dependent on one player like Yuvi. it is right that Yuvi is match winning player but you dont think its mean Indian team will lose without Yuvi.

i think india will do fine without yuvi, they got plenty of good players in the dressing room. i really want south africa to take the cup. its about time they win some kind of a major tournament. they have been doing so well for the last year or so. and it was sad not to see any of the south african players make it to the ICC awards. beside its their home turf, so hopefully the players will bring their A+ game.

Australia captain and vice captain are the best players in the world presently in my view. Michael Clarke is very mature player and his stlye of playing looks just like Mark Waugh. In the recent series against England, Australia's young team played very well. Paine has done very well as opener in absense of main keeper Brad Haddin, so, Australia never have short of talent. They have even big hitter like Shane Watson, Ricky Ponting, Michael Hussey and Brett Lee. In my view Australia are strong favorites to win the ICC Champions Trophy and defend their title. Only weakness Australian team is having not a genuine spinner like Shane Warne. So, spinner role should be given more to Camroon White and Clarke. This is the area where the opponent teams must cash on. Coming to South African team is that they have bad record in their home nation mostly in major tournaments. Mostly rain spoil their chances of winning matches. If rain stay away then they have chance to win but unfortunately first match was lost by South Africa due to rain and their old weakness against spin. South Africa looks very weak when playing against quality spinners. Mendis of Sri Lanka made South African batsmen dance according to his tunes.. This is major weakness for South Africa, if they over come this weakness then they too are strong contenders...

some people have strickt thinking that astraila and south africa is best for every mega event. austraila have very good past record. but now the setuation is, austraila have no big names but team spirit still example for all cricket teams. anohter hand south africa have very nice and strong team but south africa previous record says, they lost semi finals, finals. south africa have no good record for tournament african team No.1 on world ranking but this result is for home seriese and visits seriese.
