I think if a boy discovered you are waring a boy's underwear, he wouldn't think you are odd, because obviously, that means you two are in a certain stage, he sees your underwear, he may love you already... Sorry, I am just being sarcastic....

Nope! Some may find it hot or funny! As long as you don't wear those spiderman or comic clad enderwear though... haha!
