It is most likely a scam. Do not send them any money. There are plenty of sites that are free to join, and free to earn. You don't need to pay a site. they will just take your money and you will never see a return. Don't do it. Unless you know someone personally who has used that site and actually made money and got paid, don't do it. Keep lookin for free earning sites.
