IS it TRUE that you wouldn't feel the pain immediately if a shark bit off your legs? Survivors of shrak attack talk of having felt a powerful tug or sharp blow, rather than the excruciating pain you'd expect. What do think is the reason?

I'm telling you for the second time,
Plz, ask more simple question,
so that everybody can answer it immediately, You are asking so much complicated questions,
Ask something like: What's your name?
Everybody would answer your question and you get many responses

Howdy!
I've never been bitten by a shark...but I have suffered trauma from gunshot wounds, and I did not feel any pain for several minutes. Severe trauma such as that causes the brain to "shut down" immediate pain response as a survival mechanism.
