What is the Best way to Cook chicken breast?

I love to cook and experience on new dishes but, the one dish i can never get to turn out juicy and moist is chicken breast, i've marinade it overnide in a special sauce, i've cooked it half way and slow cook it in the oven i mean you name it i've tried it but, everytime it comes out dry what am i doing wrong? what is the right way to cook chicken breast?

Sounds like you are over-cooking the chicken. Or cooking it on too high a setting. My husband likes his chicken dry like that, but I can't stand it. You could try covering the chicken while it cooks as that will keep in the juice by creating steam. You didn't specify whether you are frying or baking, so hard to give advice without all the facts.

I personally love grilled chicken salad so I have a quick recipe that I use at home. I usually create a marinade with oil, honey and some random spices that I find in the house then I take the electric grill that I have at home and on a very low setting, around 275 or so, I cook until the insides are white (I just cut it a little to check). I usually spray the grill with Pam or something like that. If I use a frying pan I just do the same thing. Spray Pam and have a really low fire. Stainless steel is the best way to go. Then I just chop it up and add in my salad and it's good to go.

firstly, brown chicken in pan, then wrap in prosciutto or bacon and cook in oven for 15mins on 180c
