slo bux changed their minimum payout

as i logged in to my slobux account i saw that they have changed their minimum pay to 10.00 $, before it was 0.50 $ & i had also requested for payment 4 days back but not yet recieved. i saw some sugessions that its genuine not a scam nut cant understand whats wrong with then and can any one help me with that only 3 request for basic member. cant uderstand whats does that mean. Thats real bad.I thought the payout is $0.5.Actually I have got a cashout earlier and some funds but saying that the site is relaunched they reset all my balance to $0. And the limit that free member can cashout for three times means that after three payouts if you are still a free member they are not going to pay you.You have to upgrade. Now I am getting serious doubts.First relaunching then immediately increasing minimum cashouts.....
