Do you buy from the commercials on television?

Late at night or on the weekends there are info-mercials on tons of channels. Lots of things they show look very interesting and I always feel tempted to place an order. I have not yet bought anything from the television, but I have bought a few things from stores that say "As Seen On TV". I have had my eye on the GT Express thing for a while. Does anyone else know what I'm talking about? If so, have you purchased it or thought about it?
Don't get me wrong though, there are also things on those commercials that look useless or things that can be made yourself from common sense. One example is the blanket with arm holes - is that really much different from a comfortable robe?
What's your opinion on these info-mercials?

I've never done it, I'll admit I've seen things I've liked, but haven't purchased any. Some of the infomercials have good stuff, but many of them are only old ideas repacked and sold as something new.
