I'm sorry! Do pardon the ignorant one :) I just started MyLotting a week ago, and it just baffles me how do you people put smileys/emoticons when you post something. I may sound sheepish, but I really don't know how! Help! Hahahaha.. I am laughing at my own ignorance.
Please do teach me! Thank you in advance!

When you see 200 beside your name then you will be able to use them too.
They are in a box called 'myLot code' to the left of the box you type your responses and comment in.
It is fun being able to use them and they make the discussions even more fun.
Keep posting! When you reach 100 you will see your star appear and at 200 you can use the smilies too

When I can make discussion and upload picture in that discussion. I see a lot of member with less than 100 posting can do that. Why I can not do that action?

When you reach 500 you will be able to add images to responses and comments
but
you should be able to add them to your started dicussions right from when you first join.

yes..if you getting...200-250 posting..then you able to use smileys in mylot.. i think..you cam get 200 posting..in 4-5 days..so when you get this..then you will able to use smileys..

In one week posting so many? That woud be impossible for me, I think.
Maybe I should live connected to myLot 24 hours per day, so that I could get to use the emoticons. I actually wanted to know how to use them, so thanks to everybody for answering. I'll work hard and achieve the smilig-power.

Once you start using smileys, you won't want to stop. I use them all the time. They express my feelings much better than I could ever express them in just typong. It would take to long to figure out how to type them anyway. 
I really never started using them when I could have, as I forgot I could, so it took me a long time to decide to use them, and I am glad that I finally did, as I am having so much fun using them. Good luck to you and happy mylotting.

You can take smily to your discussion if you get 200 posting. That is only 10 days I get 200 posting. Try find interesting discussion and make response to that discussion. I only need 1 hours per day concent in mylot.
