My husband and I live in two different countries presently. He is coming to celebrate our first wedding anniversry with me. We hope my visa will be ready by that time so that he can take me to his country. Since he is comig to the place I reside, he has given me all freedom to plan for a special wedding anniversary.
I welcome your suggestions.

Hi Dalia,
Will I think if money is not a problem organize a candle light dinner for two of you somewhere quite and sweet ambiance. He will surely appreciate this but ab course make this a surprise. I did this to my partner on our anniversary too and I sort of act like it was just an ordinary day to me and I told him lets go somewhere but little he knows I was taking him to the place I organize. i has really happy and all the people can see how happy he was.
Otherwise find out what he really like to get that he couldn't get and if you can afford it buy it for him. My partner want to buy a Rolex Watch and that's my next mission to get it without hi knowledge.
Hope it helps

That is a good idea! I am planning to get him something he likes. The problem is we have spent only four months and I really don't know much about his passions and interests. He is a particular type who doesn't use something if he doesn't like. I don't want to take the risk of getting something he doesn't like. I can't take it if he gives it away to somebody.I have to think seriously.
I would love to make a suprise candle light dinnder for him, but it is not possible now. I live in a hostel and I am not allowed to cook here. We will be staying at my home or in a hotel during the wedding anniversary and I don't know how to plan for a candle light dinner there. I won't get a chance to cook. I am not good at cooking too.

Dalia... Go to a resort. Most of the cottage houses will have a beautiful beach view and will have 24X7 service. You can enjoy the whole day playing, relaxing in the beach and staying back in the cottage. Give him a surprise gift, it will be an add-on to your special day. :)

Hi daliaj,
Congratulations dear. Thanks for sharing the happy news.
He is coming to your place so be prepare to give a surprise gift for him because it is the special day to both of you. So start the celebration in between you. You can arrange a party by inviting friends and relatives. It will be nice to receive the blessings and wishes on your special Day from your friends and relatives.
Hope your Day will be wonderful. Best of luck to both of you.
Can I expect an invitation from you.

That's exciting!
If you both enjoy travelling, why don't you organize a short trip to some interesting/exotic/fabulous place in your country? If it's a place that neither of you have been to, it can be something special.
Alternatively, try re-visiting one place that holds a special memory for both of you. An anniversary can be the perfect time to re-visit, remember, and refresh memories, and hopefully, create some new ones too.
Incidentally, you could make use of the tour packages and plan something. You may even get a discount on account of the special occasion!
Good luck with your plans, and I wish you the very best with your search.

Surprise him the things he likes the most, like if loves bowling or billiards then play or watch a tournament. Or, write him a letter during your date, that may sound so old-fashioned but it can really make a difference...
