Weird recipe but still taste good??

Anyone of you have tried out any delicacies that is considered extraordinary but still taste good??I have tried out the baked durian chicken wings when i was in southeast asia. Not a big fan of durian, and i hated the smell of it. But that dish was surprisingly good. The durian taste and smell is not overpowering at all. That was the first time i enjoy eating the food made from the ingredient/fruit i hate the most.
What about you guys? Any weird recipes to share out there?

I know about durian, one of philipian friend of mine describes it as "DURIAN SMELLS LIKE A HELL, AND TASTES LIKE A HEAVEN", like durian we have a fruit here called JACKFRUIT it will smell like a human escreta but tastes like honey. Even the common fish will smell like a womens private part, but the taste.... you know it.
