is McDonalds food really healthy?

i like eating Mcdonald's and they have claimed that the food they serve is healty even if this is a fast food, but i now start to wounder if its is really true. could this be just one of their promotional scheme to sell or it is a fact that their foods are indead healty?

[i]Hello mesuaky Well i think no fast food resturant serves a good food which is healthier in terms, ofcourse mcdonalds has the best foods served at good prices but i wont agree that the food they serve is healthier, they are mere junks and i think they can never be healthy as junks are not. The cheese, cream the meat and the hams are totally harmfull if you see from a healt concern point of view.[/i]

hum... i do think your right... there are a lot of fats in those stuff. i do like eatting there but i think i must cut off some if this thing makes me fatter. i guess fast food is still fast food no matter what. thanks for this thought.
