Tough times and tough problems are a reality.
I like counting on the people in my life - more for their emotional support rather than their actual help. Most times, I can think for myself and get the situation sorted out.
Still, knowing that I have people who care for me and are concerned about what I'm going through, is a huge morale booster.
So, if you are blessed enough to have lots of 'carers' around you, I'd suggest that you take advantage of the enormous support that only they can provide.
If not, and you are a lone ranger, then remember that there is always God, who "helps those who help themselves."

Yes, I too had some problems in my past and till now what problems I faced were not that tough but I have also seen my family members go through tough moments which they face with a lot of courage. And I have learnt a lot from that. I suggest that whenever you face a tough situation you should learn it to solve by yourselves because if you face that same problem again you can face it easily. So I believe that solving problems on your own is a better way. But if you don't know how to solve the problem you can ask for help but the next time you should probably solve on your own.
Have a nice day!
