It's really embarrassing getting caught by the person that you are talking about. That happened to me many times and usually they involve people who have attitude problems. I don't have enough guts to tell them straight out (I can be very frank that most of the time I hurt people) so I ask other people of what they think is wrong with the person or what his problems may be. I don't know why, but when it is my turn to share of what I've observed and what I think of the person he/she shows up. In the end I get to tell him or her what my observations are. Ever had the same experience? What were you talking about? How did you handle the situation?
