What do you think - Education is better or experience

I really go for education because because it give more knowledge and character to people but experience give only money and working capability.By having education,we learn about honesty,sincerity and many other good principle but experience would gain only money and power to work.One more thing is that the more we are educated the more jobs are there but with experience we can shift to company but we can go out to different to field to work..keep mylotting...........

Education is always ahead of experience, how can you experience something your not yet knowledgable? When you finish studying which is mostly theory, you needed to practice what you learned in school to a hands on experience. Most of the company if not all is for profit, which means they needed people with experience on its field so it will lessen the company expenses in terms of training its employees.

i take it your talking about work wise, i'm in agricultrue. but it does fall back to the industry your working in, like some you have to of gone to uni to be able to do to do the job required. but when your in an industry that experience can get you a further than having certificate's, when you don't have experience. i've got a few certificates for my benifit.

hi anurag. u cant compare each other bcoz both have some importances in their own field. as i am concern education makes a person moderate to understand all everything and practise makes perfect. practises come from experiences. thanks

I think both is necessary ... without education ur experience will b given no vlaue and without good experience ur education is useless...... utill u r practical....

I think experience is better..because..if you have experience..then you do your work as a professional..but that is not matter...education..is not better,,,although..education is also better..because..if you have no educated..then it's not good..
