Where is the best place to propose?

I am interested in knowing what kind of ambience is right for a proposal?
Which country or place has that very special kind of ambience for proposals that guys will never fail when proposing?

Hi there,
If you planning to propose someone than try to make it special.
Surround her with things she like flowers maybe take her to romantic dinner
Men shoud make woman feel comfortable and happy
I was proposed on lift or elivator or how you call it..:) i was working outside of the building 12 floor high lol with my HUSBAND when he proposed
it was romantic but i woudnt suggsest you to do that, some woman might be scared of high places :))

I just have to say this-It's not the place where the proposal is done-it's the feelings between the two.I was married to my husband 40 years(and a month)and
he didn't actually propose.We were in the car and he said "I'm going to marry you-where are we getting married?"He was in the army and our wedding day,he got orders to go to Viet Nam-but we married anyway and I'm forever glad we did.
