haha... well that's good news! i think you can have it...usually when you already undergo the company's training, more often than not you already have the position...:-) so may i ask? what job did you apply for?

well, first of all good luck on your exam.. I hope you pass it! Anyway, I have a lot of funny experiences with my previous job interviews with a lot of companies.. What i got from it, is that when you start to talk about casual things, there is a bigger chance that you will get the job compared to when you are all too serious... With all of the companies that offered me a job, all of them, I had a very casual interview, talking about my life in general, to my current boyfriend, to tennis, and once I had a panel interview, where the officers had made a game, where I need to guess, whether they are married or not, and from what school did they graduate from. lol. anyway, it was really a fun time in my life.

LOL. Yep, that was the main reason they offered me the job, because I was really able to relax and not be stiff during the whole interview.. If I remember it correctly, I have more wrong guesses that right ones, specially on where school they are from.. it's hard to guess, cause I don't want to say DLSU and then they'll say they're from Ateneo.. that would really be embarrassing. lol.

Yeah, i can imagine the situation right now. So you are also a Filipino then? I thought you were an Indian. But when you said DLSU and Ateneo, i figured it all out. Congratulations that you had the job. I bet it really is for you.

Hello ingking. Thanks for the support. I have passed the initial screening and yesterday i had my final screening. I have not experienced any interviews like yours but that was really funny experience. At least you were very comfortable telling them your story. Have you guessed right by the way?

I change job from one company to another. Congratulations, great you got that job. All the best to you...., hope you will have some time spare to do myLot here. However, you must focus on your new job first

Hello Iriene. Wait let me clear the statement, are you having 14 jobs all at the same time? Or you passed 14 interviews out of 15? That quite confused me. It was kind of unclear when they said we should bring our resumes but then they did not get it from us and instead, we just had exams. There were 15 new applicants by then and only four of us were chosen to undergo the final screening. So i was kind of lucky to be one of those people.

Wow! You really have a lot of time with you! Instead of a normal 24 hours per day, i bet you have 72 hours per day. I cannot imagine myself do those things all at a single day! What do you promote then? What type of job is number 3? I can relate to number 4 cause my father is also an architect and i sometimes help him with his job. Doing autocad, sending emails and some typing jobs from my relatives. My father is also a part-time consultant. What's a data entry job? How do you get to have that as a job? I have read a lot of date-entry job that requires you to work from home? Is that the one you're up to? The only thing that i can relate to is being a mylotter. Thanks for the response. I am very glad that the company i have applied to sent me an SMS about the contract signing that will be held tomorrow and i am also qualified for a free training. So i am happy with this result.

Hello Koalapenguin, was it considered a the worst interview experience that you ever had? For me, I totally love cold condition when I am attending interview. I easily got sweat and therefore I would not feel comfortable if the room is hot. I had attended many interviews last time but all of them are casual interviews. If I were to be asked to answer test or exams on the spot, I will be sweating like nobody's business. There was an interview that is unforgettable. The interviewer had about 1.5 hours talking about his companies missions and policies. It was my longest interview so far. Anyway, good luck to you and hope you get the employment.

Hello shue. That was not my worst nor my best either. Since that's the very first exam/ interview that i have ever attended. I also get sweaty easily but i am also prone with getting cold at the same time so i want to have neither of the extremes. The problem with my position, i was placed in an area where the air con was also concentrated. So i was shivering while answering. Lol. To my surprise, i passed and tomorrow will be the contract signing of my very first training.

Oh hi rowena. It happened last month and i passed their first and 2nd screening. After that i had a training with their company and failed after 2 weeks. So here i am again looking for opportunities online. That will somehow care for my immediate needs while i am still looking for a job. Hehe. Thanks for the response. Hope to see more of your responses to my thread.

Good luck for that interview! Hopefully you'll make it through after all you've been through to get it. I did have an interview that had exams once. It was for Technician in a factory. At first it was Mathematics Test. After the Mathematics test, it was English Test. Then we were interviewed by Admins there. Those who passed all stages would be assigned to Automatic machines. Those who didn't passed the tests would be assigned to manual work. Luckily I passed. I only worked for three months though. I further my studies after that.

Hello prinzcy. I already had it and it was all exams. They told us that they were going to call us earlier this week or next week. So i guess i will be very active on this site by the time i am waiting for the results. Yeah, you were lucky and i guess you deserve to have that job. Why did you quit so early then? Anyway, at least you planned to continue your studies which is a very good thing.

Hello LK. Yes it is indeed exciting cause this will be my very first employment! First interview, first exam, first training. Everything is going to be the first time so the excitement is fresh. I am also planning to apply to other jobs since it's not really my line of profession. I am just so eager to handle my own money.

Hello koalapenguin I too went in for a job interview when I applied for a job for the first time.I was a bit nervous and I don't remember well if the place was air conditioned or not.But I remember me sweating lightly. There was not much talking they gave me a kind of a mathematics test paper as the job I applied is for as a sales assistant.

Hello repented. Then i guess you really are nervous since you don't remember if the place had aircon or what. Anyway, how did it go? I also had the same experience because i didn't do much talking but more on examinations. Thanks for the response. Take care!
