I am really unhappy. The unhappiness is so great it troubles me. I have a lot of things on my mind that is really depressing and these things are affecting me deep down.
I wouldn't know how to say it but it boils down to negligence and failure some how. I'm trying to deal with it but don't know how.
So, please how do you deal with severe depression?

Do you go through life feeling then reacting?? Shouldn't thinking and planning lead the way? Do you expect others to bring happiness to you?? Isn't real happiness a choice we make for ourselves. Do you measure your worth on what you think others want??? Let's think a moment. You are a wonderful work of art! There is no one in the universe exactly like you! You are special!!! You are exactly what the people in your life need around them so interact! So many people measure their worth based on money. Is that a fair measurement?? No one will ever remember how much money you made. They remember you as a loving, warm and kind person. So you made some mistakesGREAT!!! More is learned from mistakes than anything else. No one gets to the top without bunches of those. We learn what not to do. So pick yourself up. Dust yourself off. There is a giant world out there that needs your love and kindness. You can change every life you contact if only by a bit. If it's a job you need, knock on enough doors and someone will hire you. Radiate love and kindness. It will all come back to you. Look to give and not get. More will return to you than you ever wanted. This world needs your interaction. Go Get'EM!!! I BELIEVE IN YOU!!

Depression doesn't help.So stop to be depression. You may try to think lile that.Things have happened and it will not be changed by your depression.Find a mirror to look yoursefe in it without anyone near.Tell yourself there is nothing.Try to laugh. If you laugh, everything will become different.Things will not be changes by you.But you may take another look on it.Life like a mirror. It cry as you cry.It laugh as laugh. Why we live on the world?for happy. So why not be happy!

If you can, get an anti-depressant. It'll make days and nights easier. Try and understand what's making you feel so depressed, and try and take actions to make you feel better. Whether that's working towards an overall goal (moving out, meeting some new people, watching your health), or just trying to do something in the moment that you enjoy and will make you relax (like going to the park, or getting that latte and a paper at the coffee shop for an hour of you time, for example).
