I was always asking myself . Is that possible ? And you gave me the answer . Thanks. I think this phonomen it`s rarely but when it is, i think that parents should celebrated . I would be so proud to have 2 kids born just with a difference of 2 weeks between them . It`s something that will make the kids to go together to school, even they are not twins , there are a lot of good things, but the question is, the mom can do that? i mean , can`t come some dangerous facts that will put the mom in danger? or the kids?

I saw this earlier online. I was shocked. It wouldn't of been too much of a shocker if she just had a second one in there but there are three more. THe risk is high and i hope all babies are born fine.

Yep. If she ovulated more than once that month, she could definitely get pregnant shortly after the first baby was conceived.

I read it on Yahoo! news today. Amazing but strange at the same time. I think she is quite lucky. There are many out there who cannot even conceive and she is just so productive and blessed. I hope it's not too hard on her body and once the babies come out, she will have a handful.

calai618 this is interesting and I don't think it happens very often. I had two babies born 11 months apart but that is not really that unusual. It would be cool if one was born at the end of this year and the other born at the start of 2010.

That is strange and so rare I would imagine! It appears that she conceived but ovulated again and conceived again. I have read about this kind of thing before and it is truly amazing, it really is! I wonder how she’ll go having the first baby an and then carry on being pregnant! Very bizarre...

I once met a lady that went through that exact same thing. She had a son born two months before a daughter. It is really interesting how the human body works, isn't it??

Well, I had not read this news yet at this moment. However, I do agree that it's really astonishing that she actually got pregnant with a second one after she got pregnant. That's really amazing, and I do believe that she's also very surprised by this too. Even so, I will think that it's also a bit dangerous to have 2 kids in her tummy with around 2 weeks apart. I guess most likely she may have to give birth to 2 at the same time when the older one is due. I can't really imagine that the doctor will actually allow the younger one to be inside after the older one is born. I just feel that there may be complications if she really give birth 2 times in a span of 2 weeks... In any way, I hope for the best for this woman, and her two babies... Hope that she gives birth to two cute babies soon...

Well, is it the true thing that happened in America,which is unbelievable? From the Physiologty perspective, It can not work that the 2 babies in tummy is just 2 weeks'apart. It will be a killer for the monther if the decided to keep both baby. But I still belive miracles will come. Hope that God will love the mother and babies.

I did once hear about a lady with two wombs and that is very unusual. She would be able to have two babies, one in each womb, conceived at different times and born at different times. I hope that the first birth won't make the second baby be born prematurely. This lady is also very unusual. Once pregnant a lady wouldn't imagine she could get pregnant again during that pregnancy. Good luck to the lady and her two babies.

I saw this but didn't get a chance to watch it until now. That is really neat. The specialist said that there are only 10 other cases that she knows of in humans, which makes it extremely rare. I hope that the mom and babies are healthy throughout the pregnancy, and that both babies are born healthy whether at the same time or not.
