Life is full of changes. Some people like those changes while others are afraid of those changes. I belong to the group that prefer staying in a familiar environment.
When changes come to me i would feel uneasy and it would take me a long time to get used to them . So what is your opinion about changes?

I must say that I am a person that does not like change. My wife always says that change is good but I don't think so. I can remember a time when we were just dating and I gave her a key to my apartment. I went to work and she called me there and said remember I told you that change was good. I said yes. Well remember that when you get home. When I got home that night she had redone my whole apartment. It looked really good but it had changed a lot. I just like to keep things the way they are and not change anything. I am happy just like it is.

When Obama chased the president position he said America needs change. Here in the UK for the next vote the parties also said they can bring change to the country. Now change seems a popular word than its real meaning. My attitude to change is very depends. I just welcome good change in my life, I’m afraid of bad change in my life.
Just now I’m reading the book called who moved my cheese. It’s a book about how to deal with change in your life and your work. I have learnt to be positive with any change and always be ready for any change in life.

there is no constant in this world but to change.
though we are so afraid of the said changes but we cannot deny the fact that we should have to change either for our own good or maybe for some reasons that they are there for us to learn and to give importance with. at first i am so afraid of such changes in my life. but even if i try to ignore or let it pass by, i still cannot deny the fact that we need to change. it may come in various ways, forms, techniques or how we could deal with our daily lives. but we must be open to change.
we are only human. we have doubts but how could we learn fromt his life if we are not taking any risks? changes are risks. it may be good or bad. but we do have to face them. and deal with them evrything step of the way. and be ready for whatever outcome it may give us.

Well, there is one constant, permanent thing in life, and that's change. I myself am a creature of habit, I like my routines, I like to know exactly where my things are, I don't like erratic behaviour in others - in short, I like life to be predicatble.
But it ain't ! If I've learned anything so far (and I'm fifty now), it's that life is not predictable, that change DOES happen, whether I like it or not.
Several time now my life has changed dramatically, literally over-night, without me being prepared for it. I don´t think we can prepare for it, just hope that when it happens I'll be ready to deal with it.
In fact, I believe that's where my desire for predictability comes from. But stuff happens, and maybe we should learn to enjoy those changes.

Yes your words really make a lot of senses. If you are fully prepared for changes and know how to deal with them , then i think you can enjoy changes.

Change is the only constant thing going on. I like changes and sometimes I don't. I like to change the arrangements of the bedroom, the living and the dining area from time to time. It doesn't matter if it's ugly but sometimes experimenting is good.
I always stay in a safe and yes familiar environment but I also am challenged to try out something quite out of the extraordinary. Uneasiness is part of the game. This happened to me once when I boarded a flight out of town and worked in a different environment, different culture and different language. But soon these changes will become familiar and safe and you must try again to seek for that change again.

I love changes , but not in any domain . Let`s say you`ll find your best partner. In that case, i don`t like changes, but when it cames about my look, car, laptop, cellphone , sometimes ever some " friends " , or my home, i love to change all thouse , because they really inspire me more . After a wile, things need to be changed to be emproved .

As you get used to your routine in life, you get into a comfort zone. Leaving your comfort zone can create anxiety and this can be channeled in to a scary change or an adventure! It depends on your frame of mind going in to the change! I'm 62 years old and have my own comfort zone! But I still would like to improve my life style, so this involves making changes! In this case I look forward to this as an adventure. Even at my age there is always room for improvement, and this can not happen with out change! tdemex

Well , thank for you advice. In fact , i think i really get in to a comfortable zone now . The reason why i am afraid of change is that i don't want to risk leaving my comfort zone . Your words really make a difference to me . Thank you !
