This is something that just disgust me with my dog. She gets in the room where the litter box is and starts eating their poop. That is so disgusting. I try to keep the door closed when she is running around but then the cats can't get in there to go to the bathroom. Has anybody had the same problem? If so, what can you do about it? I love her dearly but do you really want something licking you that has been eating poop? I am about ready to pull my hair out over this.

OUr dog does it too. We haven't figured out really what to do about it. But now she has puppies and the cat is sucking the milk out of her. So its like the cat is getting back at her in a way. Animals do weird stuff.

I am glad to know my dog isn't the only one doing it. Makes me feel a little better. Animals do crazy stuff. My dog hangs around the cats so much she acts like one sometimes.

Our dog does the same thing. We have tried to solve the problem by closing the door, but it was not a good good solution, because the cat couldn't use the litter box, and she started using the living room as a toilet. Now we leave the door open. This morning the dog was eating the cat's poop again, I think it is disgusting, but I don't know how to make him stop. We would like to teach him to stay away from the litter box, but I don't know how...
