I need some ideas of foods I can eat which require no preparation.
As a guide the things I am eating already are bananas and grapes as I can easily just pick these up and eat them. I also manage to eat yoghurts.
For the record I am a vegetarian and am trying to find some foods with nutritional value not like biscuits and things. I know I can have fruit so I need some ideas for a more balanced diet.
Thanks!

Dried fruits such as raisins, dates, prunes are also good for you in addition to being convenient and quick to eat. They are a good source of fiber, vitamins and minerals. What about granola bars, cereals, rice cakes? They are wholesome, healthy and nutritious.

Well, you can add nuts and legumes (ain't nothin' like fresh peas in a salad!). Dark leafed greens are a nice addition too!
ENJOY!
