Why does nominimumbux have minimum balance to cashout?

I recently joined nominimumbux knowing that it would be easy to cashout from them anytime. i dont have any referral so I work on my own and it kind of excites me that I could cashout whenever I want to. I reached $0.50 today so I decided request for payout only to find out that there is a minimum of $3. Why does their homepage tell people that they need $0.00 to cashout when in fact there's really a minimum payout? Is this site a scam? Has anyone of you got paid already?

I haven't gotten paid by them. The person that referred me says he has. I didn't ask for proof figure when I get that far if I don't get paid off my list they'll be crossed. I do know of a site that has no minimum cashout if you're interested. And i have been paid.

Yea, I did that too until I was denied the refund only to be told that is the min is $3. Very misleading site name.
